The Tab will be partaking in our annual Consecration: 14 days of prayer and fasting. Please see below for fasting instructions:
Bishop Jason Nelson will anoint everyone on Tuesday January 6th at The Tab.
It is a fast of your choice including no breads, sweets, caffeine, or comfort food.
Nightly prayer every day at The Tab during the fast from 7pm -8pm.
You are encouraged to exercise 30 minutes a day and to journal.
Consecration ends with Communion on January 20th.
